The location offers easy access to the centre of Cape Town as well as Cape Town International Airport, the Cape Winelands, Cape Point and many other well know tourist attractions in and around Cape Town.

This upmarket stylish, self-catering apartment features lavish furnishings to cater for all your needs; a living area with 48” HD LED Smart TV and full Premium HD DStv bouquet, equipped with surround sound. Open the sliding door and overwhelm your senses with a fresh ocean breeze and magnificent ocean sunsets, sure to soothe even the most stressed of visitors.

There is a stylish full dining area setup for an intimate dinner for up to four people as well as a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch oven including a grill microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and dishwashing machine.

A bedroom with ample cupboard space and offering the best plush beds with a choice of two single beds or combined as a King size bed, wrapped in lush linens accompanied by a sumptuous modern en suite bathroom with shower and bath.

There is a secure parking bay for your vehicle and a storeroom for bicycles, surf boards, etc.

Services and Facilities

Rates include weekly servicing of the apartment and access to all facilities within the Infinity complex. These being one large outdoor pool with sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, heated swimming pool indoors, indoor gym, squash courts, laundromat and braai facilities.

We have an inverter in the unit for alternative power. The lifts and building common areas are supported by generator during load shedding. The unit has load shedding emergency globes. WiFi 50mb line is supported by a UPS during load shedding.

Location

Blouberg beachfront made famous for its ideal water sport conditions, including being rated as one of the top kite boarding locations in the world. The beach stretches in both directions, making it perfect for long walks and exercising.
