Ingleford Lodge is a Midlands self catering holiday home located on the Star Dam Estate. The house has a private jetty facilitating access to the water so why not hire one of our fishing boats for the day or bring your canoe or ski along. Escape from the world and enjoy our sanctuary at Star Dam Estate.
Self Catering Accommodation
Ingleford Lodge is a self catering holiday home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On either side of the main living area, you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one with a King-size bed, and the other a dorm style with four single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
The lodge offers a spacious and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with a large fireplace. There is no TV at Ingleford Lodge.
A wooden deck runs the full length of the house with stack-away doors that fold away to reveal panoramic views of the dam. There is a Weber braai for guests` enjoyment but please remember to bring your own charcoal and firelighters. Please note that braaing is strictly prohibited on the wooden deck.
Please note:
SUV or 4x4's are required to access the road to Star Dam Estate.
Activities
Horse rides and boats are charged an additional fee.
Horse riding - with an abundance of scenic trails, our guide, Elliot will take you on a guided tour of Inhlosane Farm.
Mountain biking - there are stunning trails to explore and enjoy.
Fishing / boating - there are three fishing boats for hire. Perfect for fly fishing or as a fun way to explore the dam.

These charges will be deducted from your breakage deposit of R1000.00 which needs to be paid by EFT prior to arrival, this is refunded in part or in full by EFT, depending on breakages incurred during your stay, within 10 working days after your departure.
