Located on the first floor of the complex, Ipanema Beach 204 is a self-catering holiday apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An elevator takes you right to the front door of the apartment and there are no stairs to climb. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all on the same level and the unit boasts a wonderful sea view. The unit is serviced daily, has DStv, free Wi-Fi and bath and beach towels are provided. There is a lovely patio area with braai facilities available for your use. The complex has a a swimming pool and there is a gate to the side leading to the beach which is about 50 metres from this unit.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
