This Umhlanga holiday apartment sleeps a maximum of six people in three bedrooms. All the bedrooms boast sea views and open onto a large balcony. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the other bedrooms have two single beds each. There is an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom (shower only) and an additional full bathroom. There is a large entertainment area which opens out onto a patio from which you can watch the sunrise, waves, ships and dolphins. Gas braai facilities are provided in the enclosed veranda as is a bar fridge. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. The lounge is furnished with a corner leather lounge suite and large flat screen TV with HD PVR and full DStv. The unit has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Ipanema Beach 404 in Umhlanga is serviced daily, except Sundays and Public Holidays. There is secure parking and you have use of the communal pool in the complex.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
