From the outside the apartment and setting was very good but inside many problems. On arrival we were told of internet problems which in my opinion were pre-existing we then found that the air conditioning was not working. No water was allowed for a bath siting water problems which after travelling in SA for two weeks did not happen anywhere else. Toilet door did not open or shut correctly bin in our bathroom was full when we arrived and not often cleaned. No change of towels for four days in spite of the fact we left used ones on the floor indicating a change was necessary. Drain smell outside. Shower head missing from shower. Breakfast arrangements can only be described as a joke. The staff didn't even know how to use the coffee machine and did nothing in advance in preparation by place settings. One day no staff there at all and we had to do everything. All in all would never recommend this place to anyone. We would have told the manager when leaving but did not see her after our arrival during our stay at all. Some manager!!

Luxury, Comfort, and views to die for! Was treated like a queen by the staff and the food was exceptional. A real gem in Port Elizabeth and a must stay to experience the true beauty of the place. For sure a 5 star plus venue!
