JBay Surfed Out top storey offers a comfortable sleeping space where you can even admire the waves from your bed. The property can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The furniture is made of reclaimed wood, giving the space a fresh, crisp, and funky vibe. The first two bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. The main en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There are two separate bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. While the main suite is located upstairs and offers complete privacy, the other rooms are airy and spacious, with the two separate bathrooms on the same level. Both levels offer excellent sea views. The fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery etc. leads out to a large balcony for those unforgettable evening barbeques. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, and guests can login to personal DStv account. Wi-Fi available free of charge. With an expansive 80 square metre deck offering breath-taking views of Point, you can relax in the chill area or fire up the braai under a stretch tent. The property is secure and safe with on-site parking.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
