How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to Kaingo by e-mail. Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply to the value of the accommodation booked:
56 – 42 days prior to arrival: 50% forfeiture of monies paid
41 – 1 days prior to arrival: 100% forfeiture of monies paid
No Show – 100% forfeiture of monies paid
