Kalm Riverside Living is a secluded off-the-grid holiday retreat situated along the serene banks of the Breede River near Malgas. This comfortable self-catering accommodation is an ideal haven for water sports enthusiasts and fishing aficionados, featuring a private jetty and slipway for seamless river access.

Self-Catering Accommodation

Elegantly decorated, the main house comprises four bedrooms and can comfortably host up to six adults and four children. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.

The third bedroom, designed for children, includes two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is situated in a separate cottage, furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This cottage also has its own private patio, seating area, and coffee and tea-making facilities.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, a scullery houses a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The spacious living area includes an eight-seater dining table and a comfortable lounge area, which opens onto a patio complete with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai area.

An entertainment room with a pool table is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The rear patio features a six-seater dining table, a seating area, and a pizza oven.
