The reserve is 187 hectares with 3.2 kilometres of private, untouched coastline. Pristine wild beaches, rocks and pools, open expanses of beach and natural sand dunes and wild fynbos.
Self Catering Accommodation
Kanon Private Nature Reserve has four private self-catering holiday opportunities.
Khoekhoen is undeniably private and wild perched right on the sea. Up to ten guests can stay at Periwinkel at Cape Vacca Point. Cosy, warm and relaxed Shell Catcher let's you catch your breath and watch the kids on the beach. At the Apartment, family, friends, kids, vibes, views and a double storey view.

One of these is en-suite. There is also a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, upright deepfreeze and a fish / bait deepfreeze. The dining area has a table that seats ten guests. The lounge area has a lovely big fireplace. Outside on the covered veranda there is a dining table for eight guests. Braai facilities are available. There is also shed parking for two vehicles.
