Situated in the heart of the Western Cape's fynbos region, Kapensis is the ideal destination for those looking to enjoy a relaxing respite amidst peace and quiet whilst simultaneously striking the perfect balance of luxury and adventure. The house offers self-catering accommodation in Pringle Bay for up to twenty guests.

Self Catering Accommodation

Kapensis has eight rooms. Four of the rooms are furnished with a Queen-size XL bed and have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There are two bedrooms furnished with a King-size or twin beds and these rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.

There are two suites furnished with a Queen-size XL bed in the main room and a separate room with two single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. All the rooms have a TV with a Blu-ray player. Room facilities include a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove, double oven, fridge / freezer, crockery and cutlery. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV, Bluetooth sound system, books and fireplace. The dining area has a large dining table.

Doors lead out to the patio where you will find braai facilities and a large swimming pool.

The home has security cameras and secure parking.

Attractions

Occupying 8.5 hectares in the Kapensis Nature Reserve, its ideal location affords a wide range of activities from swimming, windsurfing, hiking, riding, and walking. Lazy days can be spent luxuriating around the pool deck whilst basking in the stunning panoramic views overlooking the mountains and endless fynbos field.
