Located on the beach in Doonside, Kingsburgh, between Winkelspruit and Amanzimtoti. The ever-popular Baggies restaurant is a short walk from the apartment. You will have incredible 180 degree views from the top floor with a front-row view of all the sea action. Shangri-La Penthouse View is a self-catering holiday apartment in Doonside sleeping six guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the third room is furnished with a double bed. The second shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, comfy couches with DStv and kitchen nook bar seats that will keep you hooked on the breathtaking view. The apartment is situated on the 17th floor and there are 3 lifts in the resort. There is covered and secured parking for one vehicle in the basement. The resort has a pool (including a kiddies' pool) and a braai area in the block. A laundromat and convenience store also offers home-cooked meals on the premises. Excellent swimming beach, with a lifeguard club on the doorstep, which is manned by keen and professional lifeguards during the holiday season.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
