Kia Ora Beach House is a spacious double-storey house comprising three double bedrooms and a bunk room with four double bunks in the main house, and another en-suite double room with a smaller bunk room with two double bunks in the 'granny flat'. It is specifically designed to accommodate three to four families with a maximum of four couples and eight children. There is a total of four showers, one bath and five toilets. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan with a TV and DSTV. This beautiful home has large sliding doors which open onto a splash pool (with cover) and a lovely entertainment and braai area. There is also a large wooden deck which looks out onto the ocean. A lock-up garage provides safe parking for two vehicles and there is space for 2 more vehicles to park in the driveway of the fully fenced property. The house is alarmed with local armed response and comes fully equipped with two family size fridge-freezers, stove with oven and microwave. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. Bed linen and bath towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. The rate quoted includes a daily cleaning service.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
