Nestled against the Wolkberg Mountain Range, the area is filled with indigenous and cultivated forests, grasslands and crystal clear mountain streams.

Self Catering Accommodation

Kingfisher Log Cabin is a self catering holiday cottage in Haenertsburg with three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed (that can be converted into two single beds) and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The third bedroom is furnished with two three-quarter beds and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The open-plan lounge / dining comes has a sleeper couch and fireplace. There is a TV and dish but guests must bring their own decoders and smart cards. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc.

Outside there is a balcony with seating and a braai area.

Experience

We offer 5 fully stocked trout fly fishing dams on our privately owned property. We have fly fishing rods and tackle available for hire. We also offer basic fly fishing lessons for the curious visitor.

We are situated in the most beautiful part or the Limpopo Province and the Magoebaskloof Mountains will leave you breathless. We offer walking trails around our 200 hectare farm and nature lovers will be spoiled by the beauty of our province.

Approximately 380 bird species have been spotted in the area and bird lovers have the opportunity to see if they can spot some of the rare species, including the cape parrot and Pel's Fishing Owl.

We also have exciting quad biking and mountain biking trails available on our property.
