This beautifully appointed home boasts three spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to nine guests. The first bedroom features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The expansive family room, the third bedroom, includes a king-size bed, a three-quarter bed, and a pull-out bed, accommodating up to three adults and one child, with a large en-suite bathroom and garden access. An additional sleeping area with two single beds shares a full bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, and toilet. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer, kettle, oven, stove, microwave, and a spacious kitchen island. The dining area is perfect for meals and gatherings, complemented by a cozy lounge area with complimentary Wi-Fi and TV. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, ensure convenience, while secure parking is available in the double garage. The house opens onto an enclosed patio with comfortable seating and built-in braai facilities, ideal for outdoor dining.

Please be advised that any damages incurred to the property during your stay will be the sole responsibility of the guest. While we do not impose a breakage deposit, it is imperative to understand that guests are liable for any damages they cause. Additionally, we would like to emphasise that Kingsgate Houses cannot be held accountable for any injuries sustained while on the premises. Furthermore, under South African law, guests will be held legally responsible for any loss of business incurred due to smoking or property damage.

Pet Policy:
Small pets may be permitted in select units by prior arrangement only.

Take Note:
1. The cardholder and a valid ID/passport must be presented during check-in.
2. The credit card used for online payment must be presented during check-in.
3. Properties are located at various addresses, provided upon booking confirmation.
4. Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
5. Daily domestic services can be arranged at an additional cost, ranging from R350 to R400 per day.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We have revised our refund and cancellation policy to adapt to current circumstances. Our property operates on a non-refundable deposit policy. Modifications or cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will only be considered if the property can be re-rented for the entire duration and at the same rate. We encourage guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including those related to COVID-19.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
