Set on a hill where it's cool and airy in summer and mysterious and misty in winter, Hilton is home to hedgehogs, hobbits and the odd myth. Experience history and culture in the land of the Zulus as you gaze down into the valley and across the distant Drakensberg.

The room I stayed in was clean, with 2 lovely beds and basic bathroom facilities and small fridge and coffee making area and basin. I arrived late at night and left before the sun came up. Could thus not view the surroundings, which I believe is beautiful. A friendly guard opened the gate and I felt safe during my stay.
