The house sleeps ten guests in three bedrooms. The spacious ground floor master bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom and heated towel rail. Two further double bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen size double bed and one with a standard double bed. A separate bathroom upstairs is shared by these rooms. There is a sleeper couch for two guests and two single mattresses. The living area is comfortable and has air-conditioning for hot summer days and a fireplace for chilly evenings. The lounge opens onto a wrap around balcony with lovely views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for your self catering vacation. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a dining room where you can enoy your meals.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
