Self-Catering Accommodation

The property features seven gorgeous bedrooms, two of which are located in a separate cottage. The bedrooms vary in size, with some offering bunk beds, while others boast kings and queens.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

Beyond the sleeping quarters, the property is dotted with pockets of entertaining spaces, resting areas, and a fabulous open-plan kitchen and dining area that seamlessly transitions to a monumental deck.

This deck is a true highlight, featuring a swimming pool, a Kolkol hot tub, sun loungers, comfortable sofas, and even swinging chairs. To complete the culinary experience, there is a pizza oven for those competitive evenings of creative culinary experimentation.

Kob Crescent is equipped with an array of amenities to cater to the needs of its guests. The property boasts four fridges, two of which are fridge-only and two are fridge-freezer combos. For security, there is an alarm system with beams and armed response.

The entertainment offerings include an Apple TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and access to Netflix.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, a Nespresso machine (guests must bring their own pods), an oven, a stove, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the built-in wood-fired BBQ, the wood-fired hot tub (Kolkol), and the sun loungers.
