Chalet 234 is a self-catering unit and overlooks a small dam, which is guaranteed to attract local birds, resident impala and of course the curious vervet monkeys, making early-morning sunrises on the balcony or late afternoon sunsets on the deck, something that you will rush back to your chalet for. Bathing facilities include three bathrooms (one en-suite), the others, with either a shower or a bath. A covered parking bay, plus extra common property parking, is available for guests occupying this chalet. The chalet is a duplex unit and the sleeping area is sub-divided into three areas: On the first floor is the main bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, a second room which is furnished with two single beds pushed together and on the second floor is a third bedroom furnished with a further two single beds pushed together. There is a private loft area with a bunk bed, suitable for children under the age of 12 only. We offer the hotel suite satellite package. Regretfully no smoking and no pets.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
