How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival,100% of the first nights will be charged
• If cancelled or modified or in case of a no show,100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• 100% of the first nights may be charged anytime after the booking
• The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days before arrival
• Cancellation exceptions: *No fees charged for the bookings if canceled withing 4 hours of making the booking
