Kylemore 109 is simply luxurious and oozes opulence. This two bedroom apartment can be found in the very popular marina residential area at the V&A waterways and offers lovely views. One of the country's most popular tourist attractions is the beautiful Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town. This is a shopping and entertainment complex that offers world-class retail, food and fun.

Self Catering Accommodation

The two bedrooms are spacious and sleep two guests each. The main bedroom has a king size bed, built in cupboards, sliding doors leading out to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

The second bedroom has two single beds which can be changed to make a king size bed and built in cupboards. There is a second bathroom with a shower only. Line and bath towels are provided.

As soon as you step in the door, your worries will melt away and you will instantly relax in this gorgeous home away from home. The living area is open plan and has a large dining table where you can share a meal together and a comfortable lounge area with a flat screen TV, DStv and a DVD player.

The modern kitchen has all the appliances, crockery, cutlery and more that you would expect for an easy self catering getaway.

The apartment boasts under floor heating, air conditioning and housekeeping services on request between Monday and Friday. The balcony has patio furniture and is a fabulous entertainment space with great views and a soft furnishings.

The Area

The Waterfront is home to hundreds of shops and restaurants, as well as to the Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Wheel, Robben Island Museum (which ferries visitors across to the island), and the Red Shed Craft Warehouse. These combine to make the Waterfront a vibrant, happy place for locals and visitors of all ages.

The V & A is within close proximity to the city centre of Cape Town (including Kloof Street and Long Street), as well as to the Bo-Kaap and District Six. Table Mountain and its cableway are only 10 or 15 minutes' drive away, and the international airport is between 20 and 30 minutes from here.
