Tasteful and trendy, Kylemore 205 is ideal for up to four guests during their time in Cape Town. This apartment is light and spacious, and is situated right in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, just minutes from the City Bowl, Sea Point, and Table Mountain.

Kylemore 205 Holiday Apartment is 140 square metres and has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, which can be split into two smaller beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined. The second bathroom is separate and has a shower.

The kitchen, lounge and dining room are open-plan, and open onto a balcony that promises pretty views of the marine waterways. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Kylemore 205 has air-conditioning, heated floors, cable TV, DStv, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. Housekeeping can be arranged on weekdays. Linen and bath towels are provided, but swimming towels are not.

The Area

The waterways of the V&A Waterfront are beautiful and tranquil. But, just a little further afield, there are hundreds of shops, restaurants, museums, boutiques, craft markets, art galleries and more. We had a lovely stay in Kylemore 205. The location was excellent and the security very reassuring. The apartment was nicely furnished and in good condition. It had all the amenities we needed. Check in/out was very straightforward. 2 minor points for improvement: 1) We returned one day to find the housekeeper had left the bedroom patio doors open, resulting in a security risk and the apartment being very hot (which we could not cool down due to loadshedding) 2) There were 2 hairdryers provided. Both had a European plug, which could not be used anywhere in the apartment. Being from the UK, we did not have a European to SA adaptor.
