The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is about 20 minutes away from the Cape Town International Airport, and a similar distance from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. Closer by are the historical and cultural areas of District Six and the Bo-Kaap, as well as Table Mountain and the cable car.

Self Catering Accommodation

Kylemore 309 is a self catering apartment sleeping four guests in two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a King-size bed if preferred.

The spacious living area has a six seater dining table made for dinner parties and family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains everything required to make self catering an easy task.

The lovely lounge has two chairs and a large couch, a glass coffee table and a flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD player.

The balcony is the full length of the apartment and has an outside dining table available for your use. From here you can unwind after a day of sightseeing while looking out at the marina.

The Area

Cape Town's Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is a hive of activity and entertainment for the whole family. There are sports bars, fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, sidewalk cafés, cocktail bars, and fast-food outlets; as well as boutiques, international brands and large-scale retail chains. These combine to create a very special shopping venue.

There are also a number of theatres, including an amphitheatre and movie cinemas; which all add to the ambience of fun and adventure, as well as museums (like the Robben Island Museum) and galleries. The Two Oceans Aquarium is a very special experience, as is the Cape Wheel.
