Enjoy a wonderful holiday at one of South Africa's finest family holiday resorts in this four bedroomed, four bathroom holiday home in San Lameer. This fully serviced, self-catering villa is ideally situated on the prestigious, tropical golf estate of San Lameer in KwaZulu Natal.
La Casa Compartida has beautiful golf course views, and is a short drive from Marina Beach, which is accessed via a private, secure gate from the estate itself.
Self Catering ACCOMMODATION
The four-bedroom holiday home is fully air conditioned.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has a large private balcony and a bathroom with shower, bath tub, hand basin and WC. Bedroom two is furnished with two three quarter beds, has a small private balcony and a bathroom with a shower, hand basin and WC.
There are two bedrooms downstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with an extra-length Queen-size bed. This bedroom leads out onto the swimming pool and garden, and has a bathroom with shower, bath, hand basin and WC. Bedroom two is furnished with two three quarter beds. This bedroom also leads out onto the swimming pool and has a bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, an additional bar fridge, microwave, dishwasher, AEG stove and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and ice-making machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything either the casual, or gourmet, cook will require.
There is a large open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen, all leading out on to the large undercover patio, outside dining, pool area and garden. Guests can also enjoy the additional TV lounge upstairs.
The large undercover patio is furnished with comfortable sofas, and outdoor dining for twelve people. Outside built in barbecue, additional Weber barbecue, swimming pool and garden all add to the comfort and enjoyment for guests.
A double garage is available with additional off-street parking for four extra cars.

I have been fortunate enough to spend quite a few holidays in this spectacular unit. The attention to detail is unsurpassed with all the bells and whistles - it lacks for nothing. We had one occasion with well travelled English visitors and they were blown away and couldn't stop raving about their stay.

This is a first class holiday home and has everything we could think of. The standard is first rate and the luxury of the bed and bathrooms was much appreciated. Further more, the generous size of all the rooms was perfect, including the entertainment rooms. The close proximity of the pool made for relaxed swimming and conversation. The huge TV and the top quality kitchen appliances rounded things of perfectly for us. On top of that, we had Nyala visiting along the fence - how gorgeous is that!!! Just fab - will be back!!!!
