La Crete Sands 5 sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower / bath combo, a toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom with a bath/shower combo, a toilet and basin. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering stay and includes a fridge, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. The adjacent, open plan living area is comfortably furnished with couches, a ceiling fan and TV with DStv. The living area leads onto a spacious balcony with charcoal braai facilities, patio furniture and sea views! The unit has a secure garage and a carport. The complex features a communal swimming pool, security guard and electric fencing.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
