About Lagoon Lodges
Lagoon Lodges offers comfortable accommodation in Knysna with lovely views of the Lagoon towards Knysna Heads. This beautiful town has much to offer its visitors, from fabulous attractions, exciting activities, top notch restaurants and great shops. This is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring the magnificent Garden Route.
Accommodation
All units and rooms have a TV with DStv, Wi-Fi, an unstocked fridge / bar fridge and tea / coffee making facilities.
Double Rooms
These rooms each have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are upstairs and offer magnificent views over the lagoon.
Budget Room
This unit has two rooms, one with two single beds and the second room with one single bed. The bathroom has a shower. The room is situated directly above the breakfast room. This unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and a braai area.
Double Rooms with Shared Balcony
These rooms each have a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The rooms have access to a balcony with lovely views over the Lagoon and right into the Heads where you can see the distant waves break.
Double Room with Garden View
This room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a small kitchenette in the same room and a lovely view of the garden towards the Lagoon.
Breakfast
Breakfast consists of fresh fruit salad, fruit juice, yogurt, muesli, full English breakfast and teas and coffee.
Experiences
The setting is ideal for golf trips, as it is just down the road from a renowned golf course. Ocrean Safaris who are based in Plettenberg Bay offer wonderful whale and dolphin watching excursions. Going out to sea in search of marine life is an awesome experience made all the more special when you encounter a school of dolphins or a breaching Humpback whale.
Seals, dolphins and Bryde's whales frequent our coast all year round, but the best time to spot Southern Rights, Humpbacks, and even the occasional Orca, is between June and October.

Lovely place to stay- friendly and helpful manager. Great position for us - just off N2 but with a lovely view. The outside deck ( which we had our breakfast on daily) was great as there was 9 in our party and we could meet and socialise easy. Would definitely stay again
