Laguna La Crete Unit B is a top floor apartment and has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and the third room has two single beds. The en-suite bathroom and shared bathroom each have a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen in the apartment is well-equipped and contains a fridge with freezer, microwave, oven with a stove. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv / satellite channels. The lounge and main bedroom have sliding doors that open onto a covered balcony, with gas braai facilities. The complex also offers a communal swimming pool, and there is secure parking available for one vehicle on the premises. Laguna La Crete Unit B is within walking distance of the beach and a drive from various shops, restaurants and other facilities.
