The place is a major construction site, it should be closed down while construction is taking place! The place has no generator etc for load shedding - there were 2 x 4 hours load shedding within 24 hours of staying there. I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THIS PLACE IF I WAS AWARE OF THE ABOVE
