This sensational Provénce style villa is located on a mountain nature reserve, allowing for privacy and quietness while overlooking Gordon's Bay Village and False Bay ocean with views of Table Mountain in the distance.

Self Catering Accommodation

La Vue Parfaite holiday house is built in a Provence theme and sleeps up to 16 guests.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one furnished with a King-size bed and the other furnished with a Queen-size bed. Both have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms. Three of them are furnished with a Queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a Victorian bath, shower, toilet and basin. the other one is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a modern oval bath, shower, toilet and basin and has access to a covered balcony.

Downstairs there is an open plan farm-style, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook seating 6. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a walk-in pantry with a safe for personal valuables to be stored. The spacious living area has a large flat screen TV, Premier DSTV, HiFi system, built-in fireplace and folding back glass doors opening onto the terrace. The is a dining area also has a fireplace and opens onto the terrace.

Upstairs there is a large family room with board games, books and jig-saw puzzles, has wrap-around balcony overlooking the pool. There is free fast speed WIFI throughout the villa.

Outside on the terrace there is a pool with loungers and a portable braai. Secure parking is provided for six cars.

The surrounding property has outside security beams and a sensor system inside the villa, connected to Gordon's Bay Security Company, allowing guest's the security at all times.

The Area

Gordons Bay is a beautiful village with 2 harbours, lovely restaurants and bars, blue flag beaches (3minutes) and only 10 minutes away to some of the oldest and most famous wine estates in the Western Cape.

The location is just 35 minutes from the airport and 50 minutes from Cape Town. The house is just 15 minutes from Somerset mall and Somerset West and 35 minutes to Stellenbosch.
