Accommodation

Letsatsi Private Game Reserve is an ecological refuge that consists of a game reserve, a main lodge, a secluded bush camp and luxury thatched chalets.

Hidden in the tranquillity of a secluded valley, the Letsatsi Bush Camp can only be reached by descending down a sturdy wooden staircase, punctuated with rest stops and observation decks. Stone and wooden walkways form an intricate network of pathways that connect the tents to one another, to the unique African bush styled ablution facilities and dining area. The outdoor fire-pit and is ideal for evening relaxation and alfresco dining under the starlit African skies.

The luxury tented camp is designed for family- and group getaways. The Bush Camp can accommodate up to 40 guests in tents, which all have thatched coverings and are furnished with twin beds, wardrobes, electricity, tea / coffee making facilities and electric blankets.

Letsatsi Game Lodge is renowned for its mouth-watering culinary creations with traditional ethnic elements all prepared in the Busch Restaurant in the Busch Camp. Come experience this unique restaurant with fantastic food in the bush.

Game & Conservation

This malaria-free game reserve comprises 2.340 hectares of mainly African Savannah. Making your way over the steep and rocky terrain of the koppies, you will travel through amongst other indigenous bushes and plants, Wild Olive, White Stinkwood, Karee Trees and sweet grass.

Letsatsi Private Game Reserve offers abundant opportunity for bird watching connoisseurs as well as a wide range of established wildlife species. During your stay at Letsatsi you are more than likely to encounter amongst others, large herds of zebra, springbuck, red hartebeest, black wildebeest, mountain reedbuck, gemsbok, kudu, eland, sable, giraffe, and many more wild life.

Junior Ranger

Days on safari are individually planned for each family, from drives and walks to dining and down time. The duration and scope of each activity, on and off the vehicle, will depend on the age and special interests of your children. Other activities include bush walks, picnics, horse riding, pizza making and cookie baking. Our Junior Ranger programme includes archery, spoor identification and casting, and learning how to track animals.
