Life Conference Centre is a large conference venue in Cape Town, featuring an impressive large auditorium. It is situated in a prime position in the heart of Sea Point surrounded by numerous 3 to 5 star hotels in Cape Town, many popular restaurants, 5 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town City Central, Cape Town Soccer Stadium in Green Point and 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

The location makes it an excellent city conference venue with great views of well known Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean which is only one block away.

The Venue

The infrastructure and good acoustics of this conference centre with a comfortable 776 tiered-seating auditorium makes it ideal for large plenary sessions, conferences, congresses, lectures, product launches, award evenings and theatre productions.

There are also 2 spacious meeting or breakaway rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean. One room seats 20 in comfortable lounge style and the other seats 100 cinema style. Screen and chairs provided in both rooms. These rooms are only available with auditorium and not separately.

Rates

Rates per day include use of auditorium and standard AV equipment.

Catering

Clients may arrange to hire their own caterer with a small venue catering surcharge per person. Foods must be pre-cooked. Small kitchen available to store foods. Caterer recommendation on request.

Parking

Parking is available at the Ritz Hotel across the road, at the Civic Centre two blocks away and on the roads around the centre.
