About Lush Private Lodge
Situated within the Black Rhino Game Reserve, in the North West, Lush Private Lodge offers splendid Pilanesberg accommodation for up to 16 guests in 8 separate suites, each boasting either mountain or bush views. Here guests are able to view a wide variety of wildlife including the Big 5, birds, buck, cheetahs and African Wild Dog.

Accommodation
Lush Private Lodge has 8 separate game lodge rooms, each with air conditioning, its own private splash pool, a safe for valuables and a hairdryer.
The suites are furnished with an Emperor-size bed (which can be converted into a three-quarter bed set) and down duvets and pillows. The en-suite bathrooms have a free-standing bath and there is a shower - full length bathrobes are provided.
There are tea / coffee making facilities with a SMEG bar-fridge and a Nespresso machine with coffee pods.
Outside each room is a private deck with a splash pool, sun-loungers and a two seater dining table. There is also an outdoor shower.

Our private game viewing decks are the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquillity and excellent birding opportunities. Overlooking a busy waterhole, which is a hive of bird and animal activity and a favourite playground for elephant and buffalo, the central gathering area is an expansive space which invites the opportunity of outdoor living.
We have a sap, gym, coma and wine cellar as well as an exclusive gift shop.
Dining
All meals are included in the rates are are served in the dining area, at the onsite restaurant - private dining can be arranged. All menus use fresh, seasonal ingredients. There are a few dining options such as vegetarian and gluten-free. Breakfast includes a continental buffet and cooked meals to order, lunch includes lighter meals, afternoon tea consists of sweet and savory treats.
Dinner is complete with chef's signature tables and fireside barbecues. Guests are able to make use of the bar lounge that serves the lodge's own brand of coffee, international and local beverages. The boma area has dining tables, a barbecue and a central fire-pit.
Activities
There are bush walks in the morning and game drives that happen twice daily, allowing guests to be closer to nature. The lodge will happily book a hot-air balloon flight at an additional cost and for golf enthusiasts, transfers to either of the 18-hole Gary Player or Lost City golf courses can be arranged.

This weekend was absolutely FANTASTIC!! My shares with the wife are at an all-time record high! The special treat on Friday dinner was awesome and the boma braai on Saturday was really 1st class. Although we are veteran lodge and game drivers, our ranger (Boris) was special and went to great length to get us and the overseas guests to get good sightings. Our room was really awesome, and everything was a real 5-star experience! Thank you for a lovely weekend away!
