Magari Bush Villa is a beautiful, boutique safari villa in the private Jembisa Game Reserve in the heart of the Waterberg wilderness. Magari is in a spectacular position with breath-taking views above a sweeping bend of the Palala River over savanna and woodland to a backdrop of hills.

Accommodation

Magari Bush Villa sleeps up to twelve guests in six rooms. The rooms all have a King-size bed or two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath robes and toiletries. Three of the rooms have outdoor decks with views of the valley and hills, two have outdoor showers from which the incredible view can be admired, and two are garden rooms. Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms.

Facilities

The main lodge at Magari is beautifully appointed and has a boma in which to enjoy sitting around a campfire in the evening, a sunbathing terrace and a swimming pool with spectacular views. Massages can also be arranged.

Dining and Fully Inclusive Rates

The rates include all meals and beverages, including alcoholic beverages. All meals are freshly prepared by the chef who makes use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, many from the lodge vegetable garden. We will gladly cater for any special dietary requirements and offer a variety of exciting dining venues both at the lodge and in the bush.

Children 6 years and older are very welcome at Magari and activities are tailor-made to suit all ages. Free baby-sitting is provided.

Activities

Game drives and bush walks are included in the rates, as well as sundowners, camp outs and all activities on the game reserve. The landscape provides a wide variety of habitats, resulting in a high diversity of animal and plant species. The reserve offers 69 animal species and 270 bird species.

Night drives are a favourite where guests can search for the more elusive nocturnal animals such as bush babies, porcupines, aardvark, caracals, leopards and brown hyenas. Other local activities can be arranged including scenic helicopter flights, horse riding, quad biking, ziplining, cultural visits, local curio and African art shopping and visits to a Big 5 reserve.
