The lodge sleeps up to eight guests and has a master King en-suite bedroom, a guest room with two double beds and an open plan loft with four single beds. The open plan living area has a couch, chairs and a TV with PVR and full DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may require including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is a lovely entertainment area with a braai and an eight seater dining table, a gas heater and a lapa with a bonfire area and camp chairs where you can sit under the stars next to the warmth of the fire. On entering the reserve at reception you will find an onsite restaurant that is happy to deliver meals to your door should you choose to order in a full meal or a few side dishes. A cleaning service comes daily to tidy, wash up, clean the fireplace an empty the dustbins for you. Swimming towels can be rented at the main swimming pool area.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?
