The house has four bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed while the second bedroom is furnished with a double. The remaining two rooms have three single beds in each. The house has three and a half bathrooms. The unit has amazing waterfront views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There is an entertainment area that consists of an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with an indoor braai. For those who want to braai outside, there is a braai on the stoep. The folding doors that are facing the canal, open completely and it creates the feeling of being outdoors whilst actually still sitting in the entertainment area. There is a laundry, with a gas stove, dishwasher, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, and outside washing line. The house is equipped with solar and guests won't be affected by loadshedding.
