Manzini Chalet 5 is air conditioned (both bed rooms have ceiling fans too) and can sleep a maximum of four guests. The main open plan living area of the unit is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV with basic open view channels, no DStv. The other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and cutlery. The patio has basic garden furniture and a braai that is cleaned daily. Daily unit cleaning and a laundry service can be requested at the office for a fee. Secure parking is available. The complex gardens are maintained to a very high standard and has a magnificent pool . There are other braai areas around the complex and a lapa over looking the Estuary.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
