Margate Place Guest House offers Bed & Breakfast or self catering accommodation within easy walking distance to popular swimming beaches and very close to all beachfront amenities. Margate Place is a stone's throw from the beach and very close to all beachfront amenities.
Accommodation
Each guest unit is individually decorated and has its own private barbeque courtyard, en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, hairdryer, iron, telephone, TV (DSTV) and private entrance.
Our entertainment area offers a swimming pool and cozy pub. We offer safe off-street, lock-up parking. Margate Place is a non-smoking establishment, although smoking is permitted in the pub as well as in the private courtyard area of each unit.
Services
We offer our guests either the Bed and Breakfast or Self-Catering option. A scrumptious buffet breakfast is served in our breakfast room. All guest units are serviced daily and we also offer a laundry service and fax facility.
Location
We are situated in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to popular swimming beaches and very close to a shopping mall and excellent restaurants. The Boardwalk Casino and entertainment complex is within easy walking distance.
We are approximately one hour's drive from a number of excellent malaria free game reserves, including Addo Elephant Park, Shamwari, Lalibela, Schotia, Amakhala and Kariega.

There were 10 of us in total and we took 5 of the 7 rooms for 4 nights. I can honestly say it was like a home from home and the hospitality shown by Melinda, Trevor and the whole team just in a league of its own. They could not have been more accommodating and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

All I can say is Wow,great exceptional service from,Melinda, Cathy, Precious and the place is Beautiful. We loved it but pity that during that period we cannot have breakfast @Guesthouse but am sure you will re-think decision. PE was great and Margate keep up the good work. My family and I would go there every time if or when in PE.
