The Apartment is a fully equipped self-catering, beach front apartment with full sea views. The main bedroom is fitted with a Queen-size bed and en-suite full bathroom which is fitted with a shower, separate bath, basin and toilet. The second room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom is fitted with two single beds. The second and Third bedroom share a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The refundable breakage deposit is one night's stay or 10% of the whole accommodation amount (whichever is greater) the key deposit is included in this amount.
Cleaning is Mon-Sat excluding Sundays and public holidays, if guests want cleaning on public holidays or Sundays they will have to pay the cleaners R450 directly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
