The accommodation is serviced daily and a laundry service can be arranged. Parking is available for two cars for the house and one car for the studio. Borehole water supplies the accommodation with good drinking water.

Mazeppa Bay is famous for its exceptional fishing and swimming. A paradise awaits your arrival with easy access to some great fishing spots, such as The Island, Boiling Point, Cable Rock, Shark Point, as well as many great fly-fishing rivers and sites. Or just kick back with some sun risers and sun downers on your own private deck. There's dolphin and whale watching too.

Sunrise House has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Downstairs is the lounge, kitchen/dining room and patio with braai facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge and a freezer for the catch of the day! Large green lawn for the children to play on or to watch the whales. On the side of the house is a space to clean your fish and store your rods. Parking is available for two cars.
