Cottage One has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area plus a scullery, compact with French doors opening onto the covered porch - allowing for outdoor eating if preferred. This two-bedroom apartment has intimate light colors to promote tranquillity. All bedrooms are en-suite with a shower. The main bedroom has an extra length King-size bed which can convert into two single beds if preferred. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The scullery, with granite tops, is very spacious and provides a separate area for food preparation but is neatly tucked away behind French doors to hide the clutter of cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, stove, microwave oven and washing machine for private use. Our service, however, includes washing and ironing of bed linen and towels in a separate linen room.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
