Milkwood 1 is a self catering holiday home in Zimbali sleeping ten guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, toilet and outside shower. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. There are two separate bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin and the other with a shower, toilet and basin. This home has two lounges, one which overlooks a tranquil Koi pond, the other overlooks the private swimming pool and extensive outside living areas. The living area has a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The top level is an extensive living space incorporated with the fifth bedroom, bar, large under-cover patio and Jacuzzi. Sea and forest views are visible on all sides. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for your self catering stay and boasts a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for convenience. Toilet paper, dish washing soap and black bags provided on arrival. Guests can make use of the built in braai, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is garage parking and driveway parking. A golf cart is included.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
