Mimosa is a beautiful, spacious and modern one level property situated in a quiet location in the village, with mountain views on all sides. The house is within walking distance of all the restaurants, cafes and shops in the village and is walled with electric gates, behind which you have privacy and parking. The garden is pretty, with bougainvillea covered pergolas, olive trees outside the front wall and even your own lime tree.

Self Catering Accommodation

Mimosa is not only a rental, but the holiday home of the British owners and so is furnished and equipped far beyond the normal holiday rental.

This is a house in which you can relax in the three living areas, or enjoy the best of self-catering in the large, bright and extremely well-equipped kitchen. It gives great flexibility with the front open air, covered 'living room', facing East with amazing mountain views and the rear part-covered patio looking West, with sun all day, or shade if you prefer, from where there are steps into the sparkling pool, over which the sun sets behind the mountains.

The large double height beamed living room, furnished for comfort, rather than holiday home easy clean, in pale blues and limes, with good pictures and lamps, is very cool all year round. The dining table seats 10 and there is a double opening into the white kitchen, with windows on three sides, double stable door to the outside and all the equipment you could possibly need if you are into cooking.

Both bedroom suites are at the rear, large and identical in size. The main has a six foot wide bed with Simmonds sprung mattress and memory foam topper, leading to a dressing area with an eight door wall of wardrobes, off which is the bathroom, with double vanity unit, extra long bath, bidet, toilet and separate shower. The second bedroom is identical in size and facilities, but with twin beds and a large sofa, if you want to escape for a quiet read.
