About Modderkloof Farm Accommodation
Modderkloof Farm Accommodation offers self catering accommodation in two units on Modderkloof Farm. This is a working fruit and wine farm found near the Klein Drakenstein Mountains about 8km from the centre of Paarl.
The farm has been in the Grobberlaar family for four generations. There are restaurants located nearby in the town of Paarl, as well as wine farms, polo and golf estates and wedding venues in the area.
Self Catering Accommodation
There are two self catering apartments, each with its own patio and braai area. Pets are not allowed as the owners have pets of their own.
The two self catering apartments are equipped with linen, towels, TV's and kitchenettes, making self catering comfortable. Both apartments have lovely garden views and secure parking.
Apartment With Two Bedrooms (Sleeps 6):
The main bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to twin beds if needed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom is a family room with two sleep areas that are connected, with a double bed and two singles. Linen and towels are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable lounge area.
Studio Apartment (Sleeps 2):
One room with a double bed, two chairs, a small dining table and a kitchenette equipped with microwave, bar fridge and one plate stove. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
On Site Facilities
Guests are welcome to make use of the swimming pool at the main residence and the tennis court. Guests can also enjoy hiking trails on the farm.
