Panorama Cottage offers accommodation in Elgin on a working fruit farm at one of the highest points in the Elgin valley. Offering stunning views of the surrounding Mountains, it is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Just a short drive from Cape Town, one can switch off surrounded by nature or indulge in a variety of outdoor activities if you're feeling more adventurous.

Self Catering Accommodation

Panorama Cottage - the name says it all, is a self catering holiday cottage in Elgin. This cottage provides you with a "panoramic" view of the surrounding Groenberg Mountains.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

There is a well equipped kitchen containing everything needed for your self catering stay, a dining table and a fireplace.

Outside there is a spacious deck along with a private garden braai facility. With the orchards quite literally on your doorstep, one can enjoy the most spectacular early sunrises.

We regret we do not allow pets and there is no wheelchair access.

There are ample options, including fynbos hikes and trail running races. Visit the Art-deco themed station in Elgin, where you can enjoy great food, drink, shopping, leisure and entertainment. Enjoy quick and scenic day trips to places such as Hermanus to see the Southern Right Whales.
