Self Catering Accommodation

Mountain Fly Fishing offers guests five cabins / cottages on our privately owned property.

Kingfisher Log Cabin
The cottage has three bedrooms suited to sleep six guests. The main bedroom feature a King-size bed (that can be converted into two single beds) with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. The third bedroom features two three-quarter beds and the bathroom comes fitted with a shower only. The open-plan lounge / dining comes equipped with a sleeper couch and fireplace. There is a TV and dish (guests must bring their own decoders and smart cards), kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave and a balcony with a braai area.

Pygmy Log Cabin
This unit is suited for two guests and has a double bed with a separate bathroom that is fitted with a shower and a toilet. The open-plan kitchen comes equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave and an oil heater. Other in-room facilities include a lounge, as well a TV and DStv dish - guests need to bring their own decoders and smart cards.

Fish Eagle Cottage
This fully equipped, self-catering cottage is a log cabin that has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite with a bath, toilet and basin. The second room features a double bed and bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The third room has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. There is an open plan lounge with a sleeper couch, a fireplace and a TV but guests must bring their own decoders and smart cards. There is a braai area and a balcony overlooking the dam.

Loggers Cabin
Stone cabin with three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a King-size bed (which can be converted into twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. The second and third bedrooms come equipped with two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. In-room facilities include an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. This cabin has no electricity but has solar lights.

Malachite Cottage
This cottage is suited for two guests and has a King-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. There is a kitchenette with an electric stove with an oven and a freezer / fridge. The balcony overlooks the trout dam and has a portable braai on deck. This unit does not have a fireplace or TV.
