Mount Rose has four bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the top floor and is furnished with a Queen-size bed and comfortable seating. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are on the mezzanine level. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and two chairs. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two chairs. This room makes use of a bathroom off the passage, fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom is very small and furnished with two three-quarter beds and shares a half bathroom off the passage. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including a double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, deep freeze and electric hob. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, books, games and magazines. The dining table seats six guests. The covered veranda has a built-in braai and outdoor furniture. The veranda railing can be closed off. The mature garden is fully fenced and the back garden is walled and paved.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
