Discover a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom self-catering home with breathtaking views of the Breede River, situated in the serene La Rivier gated complex. Enjoy two braai areas on the patio, adaptable to wind conditions, and ample parking for vehicles and boats.

This accommodation comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. It features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, along with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The master bedroom is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom that includes a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The second bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom has two single beds and is adjacent to a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A breakfast bar with stools enhances your dining experience. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable suite and features a smart TV. Wi-Fi is available, supported by a battery backup system to manage load-shedding.

Step out onto the balcony for panoramic river views, and enjoy the spacious entertainment area and games room. Two braai areas on the deck provide the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.
