Newlands Cottage is an attractive, self-catering cottage with small private garden in the convenient Newlands / Rondebosch area. This is right below the University of Cape Town and only 10 minutes drive from the airport and the City Centre with the V&A Waterfront.

The cottage has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, convection oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, two-plate gas hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge / freezer. Towels are provided. The cottage has full independent DSTV and wireless internet connection.
The cottage has a braai / barbecue facility with portable braai / barbecue and outside table and chairs. There is a small heated pool which is available for guests between 10h00 and 17h00. The courtyard garden has been designed with great care to ensure privacy and easy access to all facilities. The cottage has a full alarm system with easy remote control access.
The attractive front garden has an authentic water feature, old rose trees, oak trees and a covered patio where guests may sit and enjoy the unique Newlands atmosphere.
