A luxury solar powered holiday home situated in a secure gated Stonehaven Estate boasting magnificent views and overlooking the picturesque Noordhoek beach on the horizon. Tucked away beyond peaks of the Silvermine Mountains, you will come upon the Estate surrounded by Fynbos, seamlessly integrated with Table Mountain National Park, a haven of natural beauty for both wildlife and residents alike.

Self Catering Accommodation

No2 Merlot is a triple storey self-catering holiday home with stunning views, located in the seaside suburb of Fish Hoek, within a 24 hour manned security Eco Estate in Cape Town. Guests can relax and unwind, or explore the various attractions in the South Peninsula and the rest of Cape Town.

No2 Merlot has four bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. There is an additional shared bathroom upstairs fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also an en-suite bathroom downstairs that is fitted with a walk in shower, toilet and basin.

The villa has two lounge areas, a fireplace, a main open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi is available.

The terrace offers lovely views of the area to admire. Guests can enjoy the braai area, garden and swimming pool.

Parking is available on site. Please note that the house is solar powered.

Please Note

The House sleeps a maximum of 7 adults comfortably and is more suited for families and couples since loud music and parties are not allowed on the eco estate.
