About Oak Lodge

Situated at the foot of the Riviersonderend Mountain Range between Greyton and Riviersonderend, Kromrivier Farm is perfect for the adventure seeker, and the little piece of heaven is just 150km from Cape Town. Oak Lodge does not have electricity but offers lanterns and fire pits under the stars. Guests will come across the occasional sheep, cow or farm dog.

Self Catering Accommodation

Oak Lodge can accommodate twelve guests in four bedrooms that are furnished with double beds and bunk beds. The separate outdoor ladies and gents bathroom are fitted with showers powered by a wood fire geyser, toilets and basins. Wood is supplied for the geyser.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, an indoor fireplace and a dining area. Guests can relax in the lounge. Powerbanks are also available for charging phones, tablets and laptops.

Outside are braai facilities, a Jacuzzi heated by the wood fired geyser, garden and off street parking.

The accommodation is accessed by a gravel road.

Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangements and at an extra fee per pet (R200 per dog per booking). Penalty fees will apply if any damage of the cottage, cottage contents or livestock occurs due to pet behaviours.
