Octavia 2 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Manaba Beach in Margate. The complex is ideally located 350 metres from Lucien Beach.

Self Catering Accommodation

Octavia 2 can accommodate eight guests, six adults and two children, and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is also a bunk bed in the game rooms area with a pool table. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Six bath towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals. The lounge has a comfortable lounge suite to relax on, and a TV with DStv connectivity for guests to bring their own standard DStv decoder and smart card. The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi.

The lounge area leads onto the balcony with a beautiful sea view.

The complex offers secure, free undercover parking for one vehicle. Guest and trailer parking is available.

The complex is located near to shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and other facilities and attractions in the area.

The lower South Coast offers some of the most amazing golf courses to be found in SA. Margate is within 60 minutes of 9 golf courses, two of them rated amongst SA's top 12. No wonder this is called the golf coast of South Africa. The long golden beach of Margate is where it all happens, and in a 2-minute drive, there's an amusement park and Margate's main swimming beach.

During the holiday season there are a host of festivities taking place for the young and old. Margate Beach also offers excellent swimming and surfing and has the sought after Blue Flag status. Water temperatures rarely drop below 20 degrees celcius, so you can swim all year round, even in mid-winter.
